How this calculator works

Website valuations are calculated as a multiple of average monthly net revenue. The base multiple range for most content sites and YouTube channels is 22x to 35x monthly revenue. This calculator adjusts that base range up or down depending on four key quality factors: site age, traffic source, monetization type, and niche growth trend — the same factors real buyers and marketplaces like Motion Invest use when pricing listings.

Keep in mind this tool gives you a realistic estimate, not a guaranteed sale price. Two sites earning exactly the same monthly revenue can sell for very different amounts depending on the quality of their traffic, how diversified their income is, and how much ongoing work the site requires from an owner.
